What martial arts do you teach?
We offer a blended style of jiujitsu, Muay Thai, judo and wrestling for the full mma experience.
Will there be any unexpected charges or long-term commitments?
Absolutely no hidden charges! Our pricing is clear, and there's no need to sign any long-term agreements.
Will it increase aggression in students?
No. Training in martial arts teaches the opposite of violence and aggression. The focus is on staying calm, maintaining self-control, and behaving honorably in all scenarios in and out of the studio.
Can you get injured?
In any sport, there is a risk of injury. However, martial arts is one of the most effective exercises. The techniques and moves are closely supervised by our Instructors to ensure they are done correctly and safely, minimizing the risk of an injury.
Can I send my child with a nanny?
Yes. Although the first lesson we highly recommend for the parent to be with the student. This helps in their confidence and comfort level of trying something new.
Can I bring a friend to the intro lesson?
Definitely. We find that a new student who brings a friend with them have more fun and are more comfortable in their first class.
When can we start?
Our classes are on-going and members can begin their journey when they are ready.

There are many great martial art schools in our community and each has a unique benefit. However, we pride ourselves on teaching students to be well-rounded martial artists inside and outside of our studio. We focus on safety, fun and real world self defense and our business is consistently ranked as one of the top in the nation. Apart from the physical, our members are a close-knit, supportive community. We pride ourselves in being a martial arts family.
